Description
Garfield, licensed, thirteen pounds. The maths on that is unusual.
Licensed properties normally push a jumper past twenty pounds, so this sits oddly low. The ribbed crewneck, cuffs and hem are worth noting though — ribbing is what stops a cheap sweatshirt going shapeless at the wrists, and it is the first corner cut on the very cheapest garments. Its presence here suggests the saving came from somewhere less visible.
As a design it is broad-appeal and blunt: a famously lazy cat, at Christmas, in strong colours. Nobody needs it explained and nobody will be offended, which makes it a sensible gift for a colleague or a relative whose taste you cannot predict.
Worth knowing
- Printed graphic — cool wash, inside out, no tumble drier
- Sweatshirt weight; a layer for indoors, not warmth for outdoors
- Men's sizing, regular cut
- Entirely workplace-safe
If you want another cat-led design in a women's cut, the Lost Gods cat and snowflakes sweatshirt is the closest equivalent we stock.
