Most Star Wars Christmas jumpers only pay off if the person looking at it is a fan. This one is cleverer than that, because the joke is wordplay rather than fan service — the Yoda "Silent Night" gag lands for anyone who has heard the carol and knows roughly how Yoda talks, which is essentially everybody.
It is an officially licensed Star Wars product, so the character artwork is the real thing rather than an approximation.
That broad appeal makes it a better office choice than the more hardcore designs in the range. The villain helmet and candy cane stormtrooper designs are for the faithful; this one works on a whole room.
Every office has a Star Wars contingent, and they will find you within about four minutes of the party starting. That is a feature.
