Description
Most novelty Christmas jumpers are cold. This one is not, and that is the entire pitch.
The fleece lining makes it a considerably warmer garment than the printed sweatshirts it sits alongside — closer to a winter mid-layer with a festive graphic on it than to a party costume. If your jumper day involves standing outside at any point, that difference is large.
The corresponding warning is obvious. In a packed function room with the heating up, a fleece-lined jumper becomes uncomfortable well before the speeches finish.

- You are outdoors for part of the day — a market, a school gate, a site, a walk between venues
- You want something that stays in the wardrobe for January rather than going in a drawer on the 27th
- You feel the cold and would rather not wear a coat over the design all evening
Avoid if
- Your entire event is indoors and seated
- You already run warm
