Fleece lining is the unusual part, and it cuts both ways.
Almost every printed children's jumper is thin, which is why they end up under a coat for anything outdoors. A fleece-lined version is warm enough to stand about at a Christmas market or a school gate in, and the print still shows because there is no coat over it.
Indoors, that same warmth is the problem. Primary school classrooms in December are hot, and a warm-lined pullover on an active child means a jumper tied round a waist by mid-morning. Consider where the day is actually spent before choosing this over something lighter.
Choose this if
- The day is mostly outdoors — otherwise buy something thinner
- Your child feels the cold and complains about it
- You want the 3D print to be visible rather than hidden under a coat
Cool wash inside out and air dry; fleece lining takes a long time in a machine drier and the print will not thank you for the heat.
