Description
Under nine pounds, soft fleece, and a dance move that peaked around 2017.
Be honest with yourself about who this is for. A child of six or seven will find a dabbing Santa hilarious; an eleven-year-old will know it is old and would rather not be seen in it. That is not a fault of the jumper, it is just how children's references work, and it is the main thing that decides whether this gets worn twice or not at all.
For the younger end it is a sensible buy. Fleece is soft against the neck, so there is no complaining about scratchiness, and it goes through a normal wash without special treatment — which matters when the same top is going to a school jumper day, a party and grandparents' house in the same week.
Worth knowing
- Cheap enough that a stain in the first week is annoying rather than a disaster
- Printed graphic — inside out, cool wash, no tumble drier and it holds up fine
- Youth sizing runs close; if they are between sizes, go up
- A layer rather than outerwear — they will still want a coat
Good as a spare when you need two festive tops in one week and do not want to spend twice.
