The joke needs no reading and no reference, which is its strength: it lands from across a room in about half a second. Cartoon nudity on a dog is mild as these things go, and most people will find it silly rather than objectionable.
Most, not all. It is still a printed bare body, and mixed workplaces vary enormously in how they receive that. If you work somewhere that would raise an eyebrow, you will know already — and the safe move is to save it for the pub.

- Think first: the office, particularly anywhere client-facing
- Cheap print on light polyester — one season, cool wash inside out, no drier
- Unisex sizing runs small; buy on the chest measurement
At this price it is a reasonable Secret Santa for someone with the right sense of humour, and a bad one for anyone you do not know well.
