Description
Couples' jumpers succeed or fail before anyone gets dressed.
The failure mode is always the same: one person bought it, the other is being a good sport, and every photograph from the evening records that fact. Agree on it first. A matching jumper is the worst possible surprise gift, because refusing it looks unkind and wearing it looks worse.
Assuming both parties are in, the 3D print does what all-over print does — reads as a pair from across the room rather than requiring anyone to come close and inspect a caption. At thirty-three dollars it sits above the cheap end, so expect a better print than the twelve-dollar versions.
Before the day
- Check both sizes are in stock before ordering either — half a matching set is worse than none
- Print-first sizing runs close; buy on the chest measurement
- Cool wash inside out, no tumble drier
- Plan to actually stand together, or the joke never happens
For a cheaper version of the same idea, see the SANKILL couples' sweatshirts. Our piece on matching jumpers at the office party covers the social risk properly.
