The imagery is entirely traditional: Santa, elk, snowflakes, the pattern language of Christmas knitwear going back decades. What is modern is the execution, with the design covering the whole garment rather than sitting as a panel on the chest.
The practical result is a jumper loud enough to count as taking part and conventional enough to wear in front of anybody at all.
Worth knowing
- Sizes S–XXL, and it runs small — check the chest measurement rather than the letter
- Printed polyester, so smooth rather than woolly, and cooler than real knit
- Wash inside out and cool; all-over prints go first at the shoulders
A good default if you have a mixed day ahead — an office, a client, a family lunch — and want one jumper that causes no trouble at any point in it.
