Ugly Christmas Jumpers is an affiliate site. We do not sell, stock, ship or take payment for any product. Every item listed here is bought from Amazon, and your order, delivery and any return are handled entirely by Amazon or by the third-party seller you bought from.
This page explains what that means for you and where to go for help.
Who you bought from
When you click a product link on this site, you are taken to Amazon.co.uk. Everything after that point — the checkout, the payment, the confirmation email, the delivery and the return — is between you and Amazon. Your card details are never entered on this website and we never see them.
If you cannot find an order confirmation from Amazon, you have not bought anything, and nothing has been charged.
Returns and refunds
Amazon’s own returns policy applies to your purchase, and it is generally a generous one. In broad terms, most clothing bought on Amazon.co.uk can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and items bought in the run-up to Christmas usually have an extended returns window into January — Amazon publishes the exact dates each year.
Because these terms are set by Amazon and can differ between items — particularly for third-party sellers — always check the returns information shown on the product page and in your Amazon order.
To start a return: sign in to Amazon, go to Your Orders, find the item and choose Return or replace items. Amazon will walk you through it and provide a return label.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected, and are exercised against the seller you bought from.
Delivery
Delivery is arranged and fulfilled by Amazon or the third-party seller. Delivery times, costs and any Prime benefits are shown at Amazon’s checkout, not here.
One practical note if you are buying for a party: December is the worst time of year to rely on postage, and Christmas jumpers are one of the most heavily ordered categories in the month. Check the estimated delivery date at checkout against the date you actually need it, and order well ahead — see our Christmas Jumper Day guide for timings.
Sizing problems
Sizing is the single most common reason a Christmas jumper gets returned. Many all-over-print styles are cut on Asian sizing and run one to two sizes small against UK measurements. Our buying guide covers this in detail, but the short version is: read the measurements in centimetres on the Amazon listing rather than trusting the letter on the label.
If a jumper arrives in the wrong size, the exchange is handled through Amazon, not through us.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Contact Amazon customer service through Your Orders. If the item came from a third-party seller and you have a problem the seller will not resolve, Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee may cover you. Again, this runs through Amazon — we have no visibility of your order and cannot act on your behalf.
Prices shown on this site
Any price displayed here was correct when it was last retrieved from Amazon and may since have changed. The price shown on the Amazon product page at the moment you buy is the one that applies. Products may also sell out or be withdrawn without notice.
What we can help with
We cannot help with orders, refunds, deliveries or payments. We can help if a link on this site is broken, if a product is listed incorrectly, or if something we have written about a jumper is wrong — please tell us and we will fix it.
